Mountain Flight Ticketing
The Everest view mountain flight, one of the world’s most exclusive tours, is a lifetime experience. A flight that takes you deep into the Himalayas, flying into valleys close to the rock face, as close as five nautical miles from the Everest itself. Now you can see the stunning beauty of nature; raw, undiluted and truly majestic. Up view of the Himalaya is very much worth the effort, this we have to confess is not for everyone, due to the physical and time requirements. Everest View flight is meant especially for those who don’t want to leave Nepal without touching the sacred and majestic Himalaya. Those who trek up to the Everest Base Camp located at height of 5380m may proudly state that they have been there but viewing the Himalaya from onboard a mountain flight is another experience altogether. What would on the ground take days of travel can easily viewed in a matter of minutes and from within the safety and comfort of the Beech craft 1900D. The first ones to come to view are the peaks straight north of Kathmandu Valley, starting with the 8013m high Shisha Pangma, the 14th highest mountain in the world, which is actually located in Tibet, a few kilometers from the border. Then come a series of several smaller peaks beginning with Dorje Lakpa (6966m) which looks like the figure eight and is located on the eastern edge of Langtang National Park, followed by Phurbi Ghyachu (6637m) on its right, the 5970m Choba Bhamare which remains unconquered, Gauri Shankar (7134m) named after Lord Shiva and his consort, Melungtse (7181m) all part of the Rolwaling range. Mountain Flight is enjoyed by thousands all the year round, through our experience; we would strongly recommend the time period from February to April and October to December as prime time to enjoy the mountain flights. We have following airlines for daily mountain flight: Buddha Air ( 1900D Beech Aircraft ) Beech announced the improved 1900D, simulated here, at the US Regional Airlines Association meeting in 1989. The main difference in the 1900D was the substantially deeper fuselage allowing stand up headroom in the cabin. It also had larger passenger and cargo doors and windows, twin ventral strakes and auxiliary horizontal fixed tails. To carry the extra weight Beech upgraded to two PT6A-67D engines, each rated at 1,279 shaft horsepower. Although rarely used a fully fuelled Beechcraft 1900 has a range of 860 miles. The B1900D is the only 19 seat aircraft in the world to meet FAA’s stringent turbine engine rotor burst requirement and the FAR 23. The aircraft has all the modern avionics, instruments and airframe including weather radar and EFIS (semi glass cockpit) that are in modern jetliners. The engines PT6A-67Ds are more powerful than its predecessors and have a service ceiling of 33,000 feet and a single engine performance of 17,500 feet. B1900D is also the chosen 19-seater aircraft of the American Aircraft Pilot's Association. Yeti Airlines (Jetstream-41) And Agni Air (Jetstream-41) The Jetstream 41 is a stretched and modernized development of the 19 seat Jetstream 31, designed to compete in the 29 seat commuter airliner class alongside such types as the Brasilia, Dornier 328 and Saab 340. The Jetstream 41 (or J41) is based on the J31, but features a 4.88m (16ft) fuselage stretch, consisting of a 2.51m (8ft 3in) plug forward of the wing and a 2.36m (7ft 9in) stretch rear. The increased span wing (with reworked ailerons and flaps) is mounted lower on the fuselage so that it does not carry through the fuselage and interrupt the interior cabin aisle, unlike on the Jetstream 31. Other airframe modifications included a new reprofiled six piece windscreen and extended wing root fairing with greater baggage capacity. More powerful AlliedSignal TPE331 turboprops, mounted in new nacelles with increased ground clearance, drive advanced five blade McCauley propellers. The flight deck has modern EFIS glass displays. Flight Fare For Nepalese: NPR 10660 For Indian Nationality: INR 6662 Other Nationality: USD 196$ Flying Duration 1 Hour Tour Cost: US$200.00 per person including Airport Transfers on private vehicle.
